According to a recent company news release, John Deere and Company has introduced three small-frame 6R models for 2015 (6110R, 6120R, 6130R), each designed to offer the enhanced versatility, superior performance, comfort and control of any tractors in the 110 to 130 engine horsepower range.

These three new products are a result of the growing popularity of the 6R Series Tractors and are made to handle many farm, ranch and commercial chores. The small-frame 6R models have been made with many of the same hydraulic, control and comfort features that are currently present within the larger 6R Tractors, but also offer the maneuverability and compactness to quickly and easily handle a number of chores.

Some of the specific hydraulic, control and comfort features included in the new models, include:

· Additional selective control valves, which have been moved further under the cab to improve visibility to the drawbar

· Updated cab features including IVT transmissions, CommandARM and Generation 4 CommcandCenter Display

· AutoTrac capabilities

Kory Ross, product manager for mid-tractors at John Deere, says in the release, "These small-frame 6Rs are easy to operate and provide the reliability, durability and versatility customers can depend on in their operations. While slightly smaller in size, these tractors still pack all the performance and functionality customers expect in a rugged utility tractor."

Additionally, the small-frame 6Rs can be matched with John Deere loaders, other attachments and implements to create dependable, high performance, fully integrated equipment. Combining functionality and comfort, Deere hopes these new models became welcomed additions to the already popular 6R Series.
