The 47th annual Colorado Farm Show left one visitor awestruck at the size of John Deere tractors, according to a published report.

"I never dreamed we would ever see tractors this big," the visitor said while pointing to the tractor. "This is what we like about coming to the Colorado Farm Show. We can check out the latest technology. You don't get many opportunities to see something like this close-up."

A variety of vendors at the show tout their agricultural services. One can find the newest technologies for tractors and other farm equipment, innovative feed additives and livestock supplies, and information about banking and insurance. The show fulfills a vital purpose as a one-stop locale for people to find these needs.

The show also is helpful to vendors who can display their products and put their best face forward, as does Keith Devoe of Roggen Elevator, which has been a vendor at the show for nine years.

"It is great public relations for us," DeVoe said. "It is a great time of year for us. This show gives us the opportunity to visit with our customers and show others what we have to offer."
