While other kids were out playing in the yard of the Chicago suburb, the Kuhn children were likely at a tractor event or local fair that was the location for the Good Old Toys collection, an antique tractor club that was founded by their father, reported the news source.

The Kuhn family has sent many offspring to both North Central college, the location of the latest tractor event, and to the tractor shows that the Good Old Toys club attend, according to the Herald.

"When other kids were getting ribbons from soccer and swimming, we were spitting watermelon seeds," one of the Kuhn children told the news source while sitting among the tractors.

The Kuhn family will bring their collection to the annual Last Fling Labor Day Parade, as Carolyn Kuhn, the older of the two children, will ride her grandfather's 1951 John Deere Tractor, reported the Herald.

Taking place between September 2 and 5, the 2011 Last Fling Labor Day Parade will feature a variety of tractor events and games for the whole family, according to the event website.
