A new mobile platform, MachineFinder Mobile, has been launched by John Deere A & T Remarketing Services and Equipment Remarketing Services as part of an effort to give users unprecedented access to used equipment inventory.

The mobile application allows John Deere customers to view used equipment listings from John Deere Ag and Turf Dealers and Construction and Forestry Dealers across North America.

MachineFinder Mobile operates on an easy-to-use web browsing platform for mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones, allowing users to search from remote locations and in the field.

"As mobile device adoption increases on the farm and worksite, and in agricultural, construction, turf, and forestry markets, it made sense to expand the accessibility of MachineFinder equipment inventory. MachineFinder Mobile provides a much more effective and user friendly experience for smart phones and tablets," said Bill Weber, Division Manager, Ag and Turf Remarketing.

Increased filtering ability, a phone or email listing for the John Deere dealer, easily accessible dealer inventories and auto-locating technology for searching are just some of the new features available with the mobile application.

"We are excited about the continued evolution in how John Deere MachineFinder provides as much access and convenience as possible for finding the right used machines from John Deere dealers," said Graham Hinch, Manager, Equipment Remarketing Services, for John Deere Construction & Forestry.
