The tilt cyl and both angle cyls are leaking. Machine has dry chains on it and has internal wear. The battery is weak, would not jump start. Appears to be a lot of blade and c-frame p&b slack. There is a lot of slack in the operation joysticks and engine LGP, ROPS, LVR, TORQ, PAT, STRT BLD, DBAR, SCRN, SWPS
