Though there were more than 200 machines that took part in the 2012 Cambridge Tractor Show and Ag Day in the Illinois city, the attention was initially centered upon one model, a used John Deere tractor.

According to the Kewanee Star Courier, the featured model is a John Deere tractor that is owned by Bryce Wells, a resident of nearby Milan, Illinois. He was happy to secure the vaunted role, especially since this year's event is taking place on the 175th anniversary of the iconic agricultural equipment company's founding.

One event, the 10-and-up age group pedal pull, featured local children and the winner was given a John Deere pedal tractor along with a cash prize.

According to the Quad Cities Dispatch Argus, the event also included hog raffles, a variety of food stands and several other farm-based exhibits.
