According to a recent press release, Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc., a video and computer games company, has signed a licensing agreement with John Deere that will allow them to develop and publish new video games, entertainment apps, and digitally-distributed content using the John Deere brand, giving Deere fans a further opportunity to interact with the brand across the digital realm.

Soul and Vibe will create and distribute digital content primarily based on Deere’s wide range of agriculture and construction equipment offerings. In addition to developing content for consoles, mobile devices, personal computers, and social media platforms, Soul and Vibe will also publish Deere-branded virtual apparel and digital items for Avatars.

Soul and Vibe's CEO and President Peter Anthony Chiodo, said about the partnership in the release, "We're pleased to announce Soul and Vibe's new relationship with Deere & Company. I've previously had the pleasure of working directly with the John Deere brand on a variety of successful games and entertainment products, and I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to do so again. The popularity of farming themed games and simulations is constantly growing. The John Deere brand strongly appeals to every age group across the world. Whether it is for the instantly recognizable equipment, high play-value toys, engaging children's books, or popular apparel, John Deere is an ideal licensed-brand partner for a games company.”

While Deere already offers a number of games for kids, this partnership will allow fans of the brand to further digitally engage with Deere’s agriculture and construction equipment across platforms.
