John Deere's overall quality of products, parts, service, and support stood out in the 2015 NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.

According to a recent press release, John Deere has been awarded the 2015 “Full-Line Manufacturer” Dealer’s Choice Award by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA). The awards are presented annually to manufacturers who receive exemplary ratings across twelve operational categories addressed in NAEDA’s “Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.”

The NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey is considered one of the most important services that the association provides its members and the industry as a whole. This year’s survey experienced a significant increase in dealer input as it received more than 6,000 manufacturer ratings.

Blaine Bingham, NAEDA Chair, said in the release, “The Dealer’s Choice Award recognizes manufacturers that are doing an exceptional job of providing top-quality products, parts, service, and support to the industry. These companies are to be complemented on their efforts to excel and assist dealers in key areas of our business operations.”

Other Dealer’s Choice Award categories included “Tractor Manufacturer,” “Shortline Manufacturer” and “Outdoor Power Equipment Manufacturer.”

Deere Adds to List of 2015 Awards

The Dealer’s Choice Award joins a couple others that John Deere has received thus far in 2015. In January, Deere had several products recognized by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers as AE50 Award winners. The AE50 Awards celebrate the year’s most innovative designs in engineering products. Additionally, John Deere’s Wireless Data Transfer was awarded the “Mobile App of the Year” award at the 2015 Prometheus Awards earlier this month, which recognizes organizations and innovations for technological breakthroughs that improve the lives and futures of people in Iowa.
