A Virginia couple has shared a love of tractors for many years, as the members of the Southwestern Virginia Antique Tractor & Gas Association plan to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with the help of John Deere, according to the Smith Mountain Eagle.

Jane and Slim Crawford of Smith Mountain Lake, Virgina, have been "pulling together" for quite a long time. These avid collectors compete in regional tractor pulls to celebrate their mutual love for the farm equipment, the news source reported.

The couple has attended many events over the course of their relationship, and keep a corner of a storage building for some of their tractors and the many trophies that they have won through the use of these vehicles, reported the Eagle.

"A friend in Floyd County got us interested," Jane told the news source. It was after this event that the couple truly got hooked.

Events like the ones that the Crawfords attend are held around the country, and John Deere tractors come in many new models to help individuals compete. More vehicles are available to service the many agricultural needs of farmers, including the revised ZTrak PRO Z925 Mower, according to the company website.
