To deliver even more operator safety and accuracy, John Deere has introduced a series of updates to its Knuckleboom Loader lineup, including visibility enhancements. The front windows of the 2022 model year 437E and 337E Knuckleboom Loaders have been completely redesigned. Additionally, the external mesh guards have been removed for more operator visibility.

"By removing the external window guard and redesigning the front window on the 437E and 337E Knuckleboom Loader models, we are significantly improving visibility for the operator, making for a safer and more comfortable work environment," said Jarvis de Groot, product marketing manager of Forestry Swing Machines and Knuckleboom Loaders at John Deere.

The 437E and 337E Knuckleboom Loaders are now sporting a new hood profile that provides more visibility behind the machines. Not only does this make the machines safer, but it allows for more precise operation. In the end, this translates into more efficient workdays.

Optional satellite-ready radio can also be equipped on the 437E and 337E Knuckleboom Loaders. A hydraulic vacuum pump can be added as well to minimize oil spillage and loss during maintenance and repair. With precision forestry tools, such as TimberMatic Maps and TimberManager, users can reap the benefits of complete visibility in their daily operations.

JDLink connectivity is available on both knuckleboom loaders, giving operators insight into the performance of their machine over time. With John Deere Connected Support, operators can also take advantage of remote diagnostics to address any issues that arise during the workday.
