The Daugherty home in Elmore County, Alabama, has been a residence that neighbors have identified by the massive John Deere tractors that can be seen on the lawn at all times, according to WSFA 12.

The news source reported that Jerry Daugherty has always been passionate about John Deere and vintage tractors that the agricultural giant has produced. He is also a handy individual, and it was these two loves that motivated him to build his grandchildren a playset that was made out of farm equipment.

"I've got 5 beautiful grandchildren," Daughertry told the news source. "I wanted to build something they could enjoy. The wheels began to turn in my head, and you know there's not much up there, but I thought, I'm going to make a huge tractor."

He told WSFA 12 that his wife was supportive of his efforts, and their grandchildren love to play on the massive structure.

John Deere tractors have been used for a variety of collectors items, ranging from toy machine models to paintings to a variety of home cooking materials, according to GreenCollectors.com.
